ACADEMICS

Curriculum

On-Campus Program
Phonics are used so that our students begin reading in kindergarten, in the elementary grades the foundation is being laid with reading and math skills being emphasized, and in Junior High the building continues. In Senior High the student graduates from Honors Program, College Advanced, College Preparation, Commercial or Vocational course of study.

Our curriculum, ACE, features an individualized, mastery-based, as well as a Biblical Worldview ideals. For more information see links below or contact us today!

Art, music lessons, and foreign languages are also available through the school as an option to the students. All students are required to memorize Scripture and adhere to a student handbook.

Lisbon Falls Christian Academy offers a variety of sports such as girls volleyball, , boys basketball, soccer, and cheering! See further details in our links below.

LFCA At Home

We also offer at home academic program using online curriculum, this is a separate program from our in-person program described above and is available from grades 3-12.

Our at home program, Ignitia, comes with many options such as teacher led, or parent led. Plus no matter where you may move in the country, you can take our At-Home program with you.

Ignitia is a perfect fit as its core program shares the individualized, mastery-based, as well as a Biblical Worldview ideals, as ACE. It provides students with a self-paced, interactive, web-driven curriculum that allows student to excel to their full potential. The design of the curriculum, similar to ACE, allows academically motivated students to complete more than a year’s worth of work in one year.

The At-Home learning program follows the same school calendar as the students who are studying on campus. Through our YouTube channel our weekly chapel, conducted on campus, is available for the At-Home students as well.

Parents who choose the At-Home option will also have their child’s academics professionally tracked, and supported through LFCA.
